We offer a variety of hijab clothing including abaya, two-piece, coats/capes and many more items.

2. How long does shipping take? Within Germany: 3-4 working daysWithin EU: 4-8 working days
Delivery time may vary slightly depending on product and region.

3. Which shipping service providers do we use for shipping?

Your ordered goods will be delivered to you by our logistics partner DHL.

4. Shipping costs

For every order placed via the Zümra Nisa Mode Shop within Germany, standard shipping costs of €6.99 per order are charged. Within EU countries, shipping costs are €16.49.

6. How much time do I have to return an item?

You can return unused items in their original packaging to us within 14 days of delivery.

If 14 days have passed since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund.

7. Is the return free for me?

Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs for the return.
